SMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT TO PERFORM IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS.
